I had some trouble tracking my package and contacted customer service. Keisha responded quickly and was really polite—she even followed up to make sure it arrived. The watch itself is stunning. Lightweight but doesn't feel cheap at all. I love how the grey dial changes slightly under different lighting.

The watch looks way more expensive than it is. The nylon strap feels surprisingly durable, and I actually prefer it over leather in hot weather. Tourbillon feature at 6 o'clock is a sweet touch—even if it’s just aesthetic, it adds charm. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to get this much quality for the price.
